Joshua Bacorn, Realtor®

Joshua Bacorn has deep roots in the Central Valley of California, where his grandfather once operated the largest dairy farm in the area. To this family history, Joshua credits his tireless work ethic and strong morality. He has consistently ranked among top real estate agents in Santa Cruz County, with over 50 closed transactions in 2015.

Throughout his previous profession in corporate management and finance, Joshua served high-end clientele with personal financial planning. He developed strong professional relationships with his clients and honed his sense of what it means to be an effective adviser and advocate.

James Doyle, Broker & investment consultant

James Doyle is an expert in trustee sales and foreclosures, and is pleased to use his expertise to strengthen the financial position of his clients.  In the last 5 years, James has flipped over 40 homes. His focus on both long and short-term investments, while seamlessly managing inventory in a volatile foreclosure market, have been the foundation of his success. While his detailed assessments have certainly been key to his own acquisition process, James finds true satisfaction in analyzing investment properties for his clients that will provide the best return for them in the long-term.

James graduated from UC Berkeley with a B.A. in Legal Studies and was prepared to enter a career in Law when he purchased his first investment property and immediately realized he had discovered his passion. He specializes in assisting clients in buying foreclosure properties and uses his valuable experience to improve homes to optimize net gains

James enjoys being a part of the David Lyng family, where staff support exceeds expectations. He feels very lucky to live and work in such a desirable area as Santa Cruz.


DANIEL CHOLE, REALTOR

After growing up in Sonoma County, Daniel moved to San Francisco to attend the University, and earned his masters in Sports Management. Once graduated, he brought that knowledge to various professional sports teams. Using his professional poise and excellent customer service, he was found to be a great asset for the teams and clients alike in sales, management, and marketing. Finally settling in Gilroy 10 years ago with his wife and three children, Daniel celebrates deep roots and a love of the Central Coast. Shifting his attention to real estate and achieving his real estate license, Daniel has become an integral part of our team and excels in client prospecting and client relationships.

Ash Williams celebrates strong roots in Santa Cruz County, growing up in Boulder Creek. After graduating from BYU Idaho in 2014 with a B.S. in Sociology, she decided to return to the West Coast. With a background in accounting and a previous position as an assistant, Ash found a natural propensity for real estate.

 As Executive Assistant to The Bacorn Group, Ash is an integral member of the team, from managing daily operations to her involvement in marketing, transaction coordination and providing outstanding customer service. She is eager to assist new or previous clients, whether buying or selling, to make the process as easy for them as possible. Ash's patience and courtesy serves clients in accomplishing their goals while keeping the experience as pleasant and stress-free as possible.
