Coordination. All work, repairs and inspections are coordinated and scheduled by our Executive Assistant for your convenience.
Marketing Services. We provide complimentary professional photography and video by an award-winning videography team. We provide open house advertising in the Sentinel and other local publications. Each listing has a custom website created, are promoted on our social media and syndicated to other real estate websites. Please contact us to receive a copy of our marketing package.
Timelines. You may have a tight timeline, and wish to have the property on the market as soon as possible. What is enough time to get photos, staging, and inspections done? This will vary, but our team has the ability and resources to get everything ready as quickly as possible to meet your needs (The Bacorn Group has experience in getting a listing on the market in as little as two days).
Vendor Supervision. When requested, our team is able to work directly with vendors on any given project. This includes coordination, supervision and making sure all work is completed.
Open Houses & Broker Opens. Our agents coordinate, advertise and host open houses. After each open house, our team reports activity and feedback so you stay informed.
Paperwork. We handle all paperwork and coordinate with all other parties in a transaction on your behalf.
